buildbuild is a ConTech startup that we launched in 2021. We are developing a platform for managing construction projects, particularly on-site management. We already have initial clients from Europe and Africa, and now we are aiming to scale up their number.

🚀 What you will be doing:

- Refining and developing the current product functionality
- Working in a cross-functional team - communicating with frontend developers, designers, product managers
- Improving product performance
- Developing complex architectural and algorithmic solutions related to the specifics of construction companies

🚀 Who are we looking for, what do we expect from the candidate?

- 4-6 years of development experience, the last 2 years - in Go;
- Willingness to actively participate in product development;
- Knowledge of core design patterns;
- Understanding the value of writing unit and integration tests;
- Deep understanding of SQL and query optimization methods;
- Deep knowledge of RESTful and/or GraphQL API, including best security and performance practices
- We expect our candidate to genuinely love their profession and treat it as a hobby;
- We value independence and the ability to ask for help (if something doesn't work out, don't be afraid to ask);

🚀 Required stack knowledge:

- Go
- Experience with message brokers (rabbitmq, kafka, or similar)
- Deep knowledge of postgresql
- Experience writing Dockerfile, working with Kubernetes
- Experience with microservice architecture
- Experience with caching (redis)
- Understanding of CI/CD, experience in building pipelines

🚀 Would be a plus:

- GraphQL (gqlgen)
- Understanding and embracing the culture of a startup project
- Experience with remote work
